We have an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Human Resources Associate. Position is located at our National Headquarters in Dallas, TX for approximately 6 months.
The Human Resources Associate is responsible for the following duties:
'Auditing I-9's
'Updating content in Sharepoint
'Keying data into PeopleSoft
'Filing and other administrative tasks

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and background:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and ability required. *Previous experience with Sharepoint required
*Previous experience with Peoplesoft a plus
*Knowledge of recordkeeping
*Previous experience filing (both numerical and alphabetical)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
*Ability to meet and deal with all levels of AHA staff
*Ability to work Monday through Friday for approximately 6 months 8:30 am ' 5:00 pm
*Excellent skills in the software's Word, Excel & Outlook
