Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst for a unique opportunity to provide support to the Koch family members and their entrepreneurial ventures. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of accounting, accounts payable, financial analysis and reporting services in support of the management team.

This role is based out of Wichita, KS

What you will do:

  • Provide reliable and prompt processing of payments to vendors
  • Lead vendor validation process
  • Support team members with credit card expense reporting and ensure policy compliance
  • Coordinate corporate invoicing and data submission requirements
  • Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations
  • Oversee sales tax and 1099 tracking and submissions
  • Prepare full balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
  • Offer valuable insights through reporting and trend analysis
  • Develop and implement best business processes and procedures

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. Consideration will be given if candidate has substantial progress towards the completion of a degree program and has minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

What will put you ahead:

  • Experience in finance, accounts payable or accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in data retrieval and analytics (advanced Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI)
