Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm; Fridays rotating 8:45 am to 5:15 pm or 9:45 am to 6:15 pm; and 1 - 2 Saturdays per month from 845 am-1215 pm.
Role
This is a sales and service position to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs. This includes explaining services, matching products to members needs, solving member issues, and processing loans. Member Services strives to establish relationships with Members so that Campus will be their primary financial institution.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience. Previous Teller and/or customer service experience preferred.
Education: A high school education or GED is required. A college degree is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills: Must possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products. NMLS registration is required.
