Support the planning and estimating stage of projects to ensure the most efficient, safe, and economical form systems are incorporated into the project design. Assist with the preparation of accurate formwork layout drawings and erection instructions for field crews. Works closely with the project team monitoring the safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects.

Assures achievement of productivity, quality and safety objectives. Supervises hiring, training, job assignment, promotion, transfers, layoffs and terminations for field personnel in accordance with company equal employment opportunity guidelines.
