Position Description:

Positions in this function include RN (with current licensure) roles responsible for performance measures, member and provider quality improvement initiatives, quality of care investigations, and quality auditing. Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and working without direct supervision required. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Clinical Registered Nurse with current licensure required
4 years of quality improvement experience in a managed care environment
Experience in long-term care and/or Nursing Home Diversion Programs preferred
Experience working in Medicaid and/or Medicare health care and insurance industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements
Bachelors degree in Science or equivalent work experience required; Masters degree preferred
This position requires basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with knowledge of PowerPoint and Access preferred
HEDIS experience preferred
